Workout – 2/9/14

Today it was time for Dynamix, from P90X3.

I was expecting a gentle little stretching workout. NOT.

I was as sweaty at the end of this mobility-focused workout as I was after finishing CVX. But boy do I feel good.

The tendency with these programs is to skip the mobility workout and just use it as a rest day. No way. It’s abundantly obvious I need this workout.
