Workout – 2/8/14

Busy day yesterday. But I did get my workout in.

P90X3 – The Warrior.

Tony says he designed this workout for his trips to military bases around the world to do workouts with servicemen and women. No equipment necessary. Just your body, the ground and gravity. The moves cycle through upper body, core, explosive plyo moves and lower body focused exercises.

At first I thought, this is too easy. He did this with soldiers? They must have laughed him off the aircraft carrier deck. I should have known better.

It starts slow, and then you’re going AAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHH!

My heart rate got jacked by the end and I was a sweaty mess. Today I feel it all over. Well played, Mr. Horton. Well played.
