Workout – 2/4/14

Week 1, Day 2 of P90X3.

Agility X. Or, as it might be called when I do this workout for the first time, Stumble and Trip Over My Own Feet X.

Actually, it wasn’t that bad. My brain is still adjusting to the 30 minute workouts though. I was just mentally getting ready to rock when it was all over. Physically, my body was ready for me to quit, but my brain, having spent time with P90X2 for the previous three months, was just getting going.

Hard to describe the actual workout though. Heart Rate X might be another good nickname.

Keep. Pushing. Play.
