Workout – 1/22/14

Yoga day! Can I get an amen?

Seriously. I’ve swapped X2 yoga for P90X3 Yoga for the past few weeks and I love, love, love it. 30 minutes and done. But it’s not like I’m enjoying it because it’s short (although I do appreciate the brevity). I’m enjoying it because it’s well planned and flows properly.

Next week is recovery week, and that’s, like, Yogapalooza. I’m thinking I will alternate X and X3 Yoga programs through the week, just to jazz things up a bit.
