Workout – 1/21/14

Tonight was P.A.P. Upper from P90X2.

Slayed it.

Murdered it.

Did all 40 towel pull-ups. Increased my weights on the dumbbell exercises and just all around brought it. This wasn’t so bad since I really, really, really, really did not want to exercise tonight… at all.

But like I’ve said many times before, your commitments to yourself ought to be at least as important as the commitments you make to others. I did my workout because today was the day to do P.A.P. Upper. No ifs, ands or buts.
