Workout – 1/20/14

Late posting this again. Hmm. Time management work needed.

The workout for MLK day was my second to the last time through P.A.P. Lower from P90X2. Two words – soaking wet. Two more words – Rockin’ workout.

Seriously, I was drenched at the end of P.A.P. Lower this go-round. This morning I feel invigorated. Sounds like the workout did exactly what it was supposed to. Yay!

This is my final fully active week of this program, so I’m pushing myself as hard as I can with perfect form, higher reps and slightly higher weights. Suffice to say – bringing it.

Keep. Pushing. Play.
