Workout – 1/15/14

Today was yoga day.

I did P90X3 Yoga, even though the program I’m doing currently is P90X2. X2 yoga is a fine workout, but the flow in X3 is just better, more comfortable and I enjoy it more.

For those of you still doubting the necessity of doing yoga, prior to today’s workout my back hurt. Post-workout, my back feels great. I also had some pain in my neck and left shoulder. Gone.

The oddity of X2 is that tomorrow is Recovery & Mobility day. Which does feel a bit like a couple of days off in the middle of the week. Then I remember what a beast P.A.P. Lower and Upper are and that they’re both ahead of me and say, I’m good with the recovery.
