Workout – 1/13/14

Back to the program after a weekend of lots of hard work, but no structured workouts.

Today’s workout was P.A.P. Lower from P90X2. This is the start of my 2nd week of the final phase of X2.

I’m really getting into this particular DVD. This was my third time doing this workout and I’m really dialing in my form on the moves. Next time I’m going to grab heavier weights for the resistance portions to see if I can up the challenge a bit.
