Workout – 1/7/14

Today was P90X2 P.A.P Upper.

Same theory behind this workout as yesterday’s, only this was focused on the upper body. A little resistance, a little plyometrics, some balance and some flexibility. Cool stuff.

I learned something about myself today. I can do a regular plank for days. Put my feet up on a medicine ball and I can get to 30 seconds, tops. Intense.

Did not experience any soreness from yesterday’s workout, which is cool too. I doubt that will be the case with the towel pull-ups and med-ball planks I did today.
