Workout – 12/15/13

So, I end up posting my workouts in a variety of places (usually accountability groups I participate in) and the through occurred to actually post here as well.

What’s the point, you might ask? Well, to lead by example. If you’re trying to get into/stay in shape consistency is the key.

Here we go:

Today’s workout was P90X2 Base & Back. One of my favorites from this program. It’s all pull-ups and plyometrics.

All told I did 85 pull-ups and a whole mess o’ jumping around. With warm-up, foam rolling and cool-down the workout was just under 60 minutes.

I’m a little off-schedule in the program right now because of an ultra-busy Monday last week, but adjustments have been made.
