Yup, I'm a total joiner. Ben did it, Frank did it - and no, if either one of them jumps off of a bridge I'm not going to do that, so nyah.
Emphemera like this is just the sort of thing that captivates my attention though. The mission, as I accepted it, was to sort the songs on your iPod by title and then jot down the first song to pop up under each letter. I've modified it a bit to add song titles that start with numbers or symbols because I had quite a few of those. So, here 'tis....

... and that's that. I'm a bit disappointed that this makes my music collection look a bit one-dimensional. I have got over 4500 songs on this gizmo afterall. There's a fair bit of jazz, blues, country, etc. on there, but very little of it shows up here. The other thing that annoys me is seeing two bands I played in on the list. I suppose I'm some sort of narcissist for even having my own bands on my iPod. Grrr.
The deal here is supposed to be whichever artist pops up most often is the winner. Looks like I've got a three-way tie between Man...Or Astroman?, Green Day and Sly & the Family Stone. Hmmm.
Your turn.
